Roofs may seem expensive, but they are necessary. They protect your home from the elements. Here are a few tips are tricks to know if we are right for you:
1. Do your homework
Make sure that you have all the information about your roof to help make the process easier. For instance, how old is it, are you experiencing any interior or exterior leaking, or who installed it, etc. It is also important to do some research to have an idea of what you want for your new roof or repair.
2. Ask the right questions
Have a list of questions prepared to meet the needs of your home. Examples of questions to ask are found below:
* Are they licensed? If you haven't found this information on their website, try to confirm in person.
* Do they have liability insurance coverage for working on your property?
* Do they have workers compensation?
* Do they warranty their work? Is the warranty for the product or does the company warranty their work?
* Will the company perform a comprehensive inspection of your roof? What area of your home will they need to inspect to determine the problems occurring with your roof?
